It's probably a stupid question, but why did you put SB under cold ?
@ Wizerty : AFAIK, on Z87 platform, putting PCH on cold can sometimes help you with extra BCLK clocking margins

, SOmetimes it works helping more memclock and sometimes it's just make the board looks cool with ICE lol ;P
