Be careful.
Stock VRM dies within two 3dmark11 runs at 1.32V 1380MHz -20C.
With higher temps I think 1.30V will be enough to kill.

It depends on your VRM (We had 3 VGA, 3 different VRM) and how you cool it. With an awesome home made heastsink on vrm we managed to run at least 4h with 1.43v without any issue

If you want to Vmod, make shami Vgpu mod, not massman nor Poparamiro one. Shami is easiest than massman one, and poparamiro works but kick with OVP...
To start, shami VGPU + massamn gpuslowdonwn will be enought. And in case of trouble, it's easy to remove.
