Cool, thanks for the tip! I just looked at the top scores currently and followed suit honestly, these are dirty scores, so I'll keep that in mind once I rerun. The 2600K is dead, so just waiting for Ivy Bridge now. :-/
you didn't use vaseline on the board?
Didn't tear down, somehow the PWM got wet (it was fully vaselined)... Smoke escaped through the vaseline also.
