HDD Tests rock -)
How's the PCI-E RAID controller doing? No changes?
mtech says:
HDD Tests are really bad in comparison with my competitors (~247 HDD General usage in my case vs >600 HDD General Usage). With Adaptec 5805 scores are even worse.
Antinomy says:
Adaptec's controllers were always junk
What did you run on I-ram's and what on Acard? How do they perform comparing to each other?
mtech says:
I used IDE WD800BB as a system drive, 4xI-RAMs+ACARD 9010@ICH10R as PCMark drive. 3xI-RAMs RAID0 performs similar to ACARD 9010 in RAID0 mode: I-RAMs are faster in Virus Scan, but slower in General Usage.
