Welp, 1 dead DFI Expert: fired up a brand new DFI Venus today and some BH-5 HyperX. Need a better chip to compete with you guys:) Going to try some TCCD tonight and play with HTT and dividers.
Go Captain! *cheer*
Nice to see you finally join us :)
Icee is back? That's definitely worth of a huge applause! Well done :)
For these clocks, you should be a tad higher, I think. Have you set the DRAM to 'fastest' instead of 'normal'? It helped me quite a bit.
Thanks guys:D
Certainly been awhile, thats for sure:) Trying to get the rust off the old benching skills here for sure.
Massman, you are right there, I had it set to fast just to see how high I could bench these particular BH-5 sticks successfully. I'll take it up a notch to fastest this week and see how we fair. Have an Opteron 185 in right now and trying to successfully bench at a little over 3100Mhz, but right on the edge. Lost a score late last night to a lockup while trying to save the screenie, was a tad under 700 with not may tweaks to the memory yet.
Best regards,
Randi:D
