New software to read CPU temperature from on-die thermal diode

Sounds interesting. To bad there's no all-OS support ...

I have just developed my new Thermod Digital software to read CPU temperature. It uses the undocumented thermal interface to access on-die thermal diode. So far, there is no software similar to Thermod Digital, so I am not interested in uncovering any details on that interface. If you would like to monitor temperatures above 39*C, please refer to the ReadMe.txt file. The software supports only AMD Family 10h and higher processors and does not support Vista/7 64-bit.
