Most Valuable Submission of Week 23, 2017: Gold for Toppc (TW) and NickOo (SE)

In Week 23 of 2017, we received 3810 benchmark results from 901 registered overclockers around the world. The majority of the submissions is coming from Rookie overclockers representing 61% of the active community. They were responsible for 41% of the submissions. We had a peek at the most valuable submissions in a breakdown per league.

We're back with the weekly overview of the highest scoring submissions. After a week of X299 madness things have calmed down and returned to the normal summer vibes at HWBOT. Nevertheless we can celebrate three golden cups this week. The first golden cup comes from Toppc from Taiwan with another improvement of the Memory Frequency record. It now stands at DDR4-5500 and was done with an Intel Core i7 7740K processor in combination with a kit of G.SKILL Trident Z RGB memory. Next up is NickOo from Sweden with a golden cup in the XTU Core i7 6700HQ ranking. Congratulations to everyone making the leaderboard!

The overclocking results submitted during Week 23 generated in total 75 World Record Points, 6667.1 Global Points, and 7121.6 Hardware Points. The distribution per League is as follows: 28% for Elite, 26% for Extreme, 4% for Apprentice, 17% for Enthusiast, 6% for Novice, and 23% for Rookie. The representation of the active community is as follows: 3% Elite, 7% Extreme, 2% Apprentice, 17% Enthusiast, 10% Novice, and 61% Rookie.
