In Week 6 of 2017, we received 4632 benchmark results from 1068 registered overclockers around the world. The majority of the submissions is coming from Rookie overclockers representing 60% of the active community. They were responsible for 41% of the submissions. We had a peek at the most valuable submissions in a breakdown per league.

During the second week of February there were again some impressive scores set by the global overclocking community. Splave from USA has been very active with the Core i3 7350K and last week grabbed (among a series of cups) the top spot in the XTU 2xCPU category. His i3 K was overclocked to 6680 MHz and beat Dancop by 5 points. Also in the Elite class, Dhenzjhen scored the top spot in the Aquamark3 GeForce GTX 580 hardware ranking. He had the card clocked at 1500/1275 MHz and combined it with a Core i7 7700K at 6800 MHz. In the Extreme class we find Speed.fastest taking his very first Global First Place in the XTU benchmark! With a Core i7 7700K clocked at 6630 MHz, the Indonesian outpaces Dancop by 4 points. Ikki from Japan features as golden cup winner in the 3DMark05 Radeon HD 5870 hardware ranking. The card is clocked at 1309/1270 MHz and is paired with an i7 7700K at 6.7 GHz. In the Apprentice league we have the inevitable Poparamiro featuring once again. The Romanian overclocking legend takes the Hardware First Place in the 3DMark06 GeForce 8600 GTS leaderboard with a card clocked at 1134/1389 MHz. Last but not least we also have a Rookie showing off a golden cup this week! NORD from Turkey hit first place in the XTU Core i7 4710MQ leaderboard. The overclocking results submitted during Week 6 generated in total 230 World Record Points, 7698.2 Global Points, and 9491.4 Hardware Points. The distribution per League is as follows: 23% for Elite, 38% for Extreme, 6% for Apprentice, 14% for Enthusiast, 4% for Novice, and 21% for Rookie. The representation of the active community is as follows: 2% Elite, 8% Extreme, 4% Apprentice, 17% Enthusiast, 9% Novice, and 60% Rookie.
