In Week 47 of 2016, we received 3027 benchmark results from 837 registered overclockers around the world. The majority of the submissions is coming from Rookie overclockers representing 62% of the active community. They were responsible for 37% of the submissions. We had a peek at the most valuable submissions in a breakdown per league.

We're closing in on the last weeks of 2016 and preparing for the impact of Intel's upcoming Kaby Lake and AMD's new Zen architecture. It was a relatively slow week, but still we have three golden cups to celebrate in the Most Valuable Submissions overview. First up is K|ngp|n with a new WORLD RECORD in the Catzilla 720P benchmark. With two NVIDIA Titan X Pascal overclocked to 2250/2920 MHz and a 5203 MHz Core i7 6950X, he outpaces Dancop by about 1100 points. [MSI] OGS from Greece is a regular on the table. They grabbed a golden cup in the GeForce 8800 GTS 512 Mb 3DMark06 leaderboard with the cards clocked at 1125/1300 MHz. Last by not least we have Bullshooter from Germany who also grabbed gold in a 3D benchmark. His 931/1116 MHz water cooled Radeon HD 3870X2 paired with a Core i7 6700K at 6302 MHz pushed him to the top of the leaderboard. Congratulations to everyone!

The overclocking results submitted during Week 47 generated in total 280 World Record Points, 2672.2 Global Points, and 5265.8 Hardware Points. The distribution per League is as follows: 17% for Elite, 36% for Extreme, 17% for Apprentice, 16% for Enthusiast, 6% for Novice, and 25% for Rookie. The representation of the active community is as follows: 2% Elite, 8% Extreme, 4% Apprentice, 16% Enthusiast, 8% Novice, and 62% Rookie.
