Racoon Breaks 3DMark Fire Strike Ultra and 3Dmark Time Spy World Records

Swiss No.1 racoon has been busy enjoying his 4x Titan X Pascal rig that he is using to deadly effect, breaking two 3D World Records just a couple of days ago in 3DMark Fire Strike Ultra and 3DMark Time Spy. The scores were made as part of an Overclocking session held by the Ocaholic MIFCOM team.

The new 3DMark Fire Strike Ultra World Record score is now 26,498 marks, ahead of the previous best submitted by k|ngp|n a few weeks ago by 231 marks. The score was made with Titan X Pascal cards, each tuned to 2,100MHz, a very impressive +48.2%. The platform used was of course a X99 rig based around an ASUS Rampage V Edition 10 motherboard, fitted with a Core i7 6950X clocked at 5,100MHz (+70%). Other rig components include G.SKILL Trident Z DDR4 kit and a Seasonic Platinum 1,200 Watt PSU.

In 3DMark Time Spy the all new World Record was made using the same rig as detailed above and now stands at 2,6504 marks. The same session also saw runs in 3DMark Fire Strike and Fire Strike Extreme where raccoon managed 3rd and 2nd placed submissions in the world rankings.
