[Live OC Replay] Relive the World Series APAC Final in Indonesia

It’s been almost a week since we saw the climax of the World Series APAC contest in Yogyakarta Indonesia, but for those of you who missed it, the Final actually threw up one of the most interesting OC Live finals in recent times. The good news is that OverClocking-TV have you covered publishing a full replay video of the Final with all action including commentary from Trouffman and Buildzoid.

After a day of qualifying rounds, followed by both Semi-Final contests the HWBOT World Series Asia Pacific contest came down to two overclockers; Hazzan vs Speed.fastest. As Indonesian No.1 Hazzan was a strong favorite to win the Final, but with new CPUs and Corsair memory kits anything could happen. Before starting the 30 min 1v1 session, the Cinebench R11.5 benchmark was chosen with CPU restricted to 5.5.GHz max.

The contest threw some interesting developments. First speed.fastest appeared to have trouble with his motherboard settings, having to completely re-do all settings from scratch. This meant that he was quite slow to get a score on the board. Then we saw both overclockers attempt a tweak involving running the benchmark of screen, much to the amusement of buildzoid, the tweak actually seemed to reap extra performance.

Make sure to check out the contest and re-live the excitement for yourself here on the OverClocking-TV YouTube channel.
