k|ngp|n Takes Four Single GPU Global 1st Places with Titan X Pascal Card

Our buddy Vince, known and feared on HWBOT as k|ngp|n, has recently been getting well acquainted with the latest Nvidia Titan X card based on the Pascal architecture. In fact in the last few days we’ve seen k|ngp|n take down four single GPU benchmark global first places including 3DMark Fire Strike, Fire Strike Extreme, Fire Strike Ultra and 3DMark11 Performance.

In 3DMark Fire Strike k|ngp|n scored a new record high score of 29,775 points using a Titan X Pascal tuned to 2,200MHz (+55.26%), plus a Broadwell E Core i7 6950X pushed a massive 5,200MHz (+73.33%). This is just ahead of racoon from Switzerland on 29,765 points, also using a Titan X Pascal. Using the 3DMark Fire Strike Extreme benchmark k|ngp|n was able to hit a score of 17,184 points using pretty much the same rig except the Pascal GPU was pushed a little harder to reach 2,226MHz (+57.09%). This score beats the next highest raked score (again held by Swiss overclocker raccoon) by a fairly hefty margin of 188 points.

Using the Fire Strike Ultra preset the US master overclocker scored 8,771 marks, this time with the GPU clock at 2,176MHz (+53.56%). This score beats the next highest score by 504 marks which was made by Slinky PC, another overclocker who is having fun with his Titan X Pascal cards. Finally we the 3DMark11 Performance score of 41,267 marks which k|ngp|n made with the Pascal chip cruising along at 2,190MHz (+54.55%). This beats world No.1 Dancop by a significant 383 marks.

Nice work from k|ngp|n, raccoon, Slinky PC and Dancop. Keep pushing guys.
