As you may well be aware the latest Round of the Road to pro series on OC-EPSPORTS got under way recently with the Pro OC boys getting down to some Broadwell-E action on Cinebench R11.5 just last weekend. As ever DrWeez was competing in the contest, also generating some great video content along the way.
The idea behind these videos is to give viewers a change to see what goes on behind the scenes of a Pro OC benching session. To those of us who are less aware of the complexities involved with overclocking at the very highest level (and let’s remember this guys is currently the World’s No.10), the video reveals a great deal of the attention to detail and dedication involved. Andrew, as he is also known, does a fantastic of sharing his thoughts and explaining what is going on at every step of the way. A pretty unique take on live overclocking.
One of the more interesting factors going on with his video (and his recent videos too) is the inclusion of live telemetry read outs throughout. With a little help from OverClocking-TV’s Xyala, DrWeez has managed to set up an Overclocking telemetry system that provides live data regarding the system’s core voltage and temperatures. It makes the video much more interesting as you have that additional data to process as you watch the overclocking action unfold.
