Dimastech System Files for Bankruptcy; Hearing on September 20, 2016

In a forum post, Head of Moderation Christian Ney has shared the news that Dimastech System is filing for bankruptcy. We know Dimastech from the benchtables and phase-change cooling systems. Recently Dimastech was in arms with some members of the community as a result of not delivering on purchases or promises.

Dimastech System filed for bankruptcy on May 10, 2016, and the hearing will proceed on September 20, 2016, at a court in Brescia, Italy.

We are reaching out to the authorities to find out more about the situation and to see if there is a way to for affected forum members to recover some of their losses. Dimastech System is a S.n.c (Società in nome collettivo), an Italian general partnership owned by two or more partners who have full, joint and unlimited liability for its debts and obligations. In practical terms this means the court may seize any personal assets (like a house) to pay off out-standing debt.

We will keep you updated on this matter.

Just checking if anyone has heard from Dimas in a while ...

Glad I saw this thread. Was planning on ordering from his US facing store for an EasyXL table within next month. I see his/stores FB account is still regularly posting photos.

Denmark Rosty says:

i order a cascade back in october, promised delivery in februar, payed 2000 eur up front, and 12 may promised cascaded or my money back in 10 day.. haven't got my money or cascade yet.. so dont pay him up front for you orders..

United Kingdom HiVizMan says:

He supplied TeamGB with 8 test benches in April no problems at all. And I might add they were donated.

Denmark M.Beier says:

Heard about the cascade - and I have tried reaching out for Dimas in several ways, such as facebook, his page, Italian overclockers etc.... But he is really keeping quiet about this.... At one point I expect Dimas to read this thread, and my suggestion is clear; Finish what you started, don't be a scammer - you make quality products, if you are low on money, then say so, don't steal 2000 euro and pretend nothing has happend.

Sweden Pulse88 says:

You are not alone Rusty

ordered one cascade in March payed 1000 euro up front. another 1000 euro when it was done.

He sad the build was clear in may and was ready for tuning. I asked for pics of it 2 weaks ago no reply since that mail( he was gonna send pics after business trip) . Asked then for weak ago if there was any problem with the cascade unit still waiting for reply....

So in total he have 3k euro total at least...

Got a felling that me and Rosty is not alone in this mess....

The dmg is done....
I hope this gonna be solved but the silence have made one thing clear for me, will never order a single thing from Dimastech ever again..... :(

Denmark Rosty says:

Sorry to hear Pulse88 same story, he promised me picture when he started the build, haven't seen any picture, he just promised a lot of BS to now.. i send a PM on FB to HWbot when computex started about the problem, because it pissed me of to see all he's new product posted on FB, and sponsoring HWbot world tour, and so on...

Sweden Pulse88 says:

Still its beyond my thinking why you sponsor Hwbot world tour and in the same time scamming hwbot benchers.....

God way of ending company business if scamming theory turn out to be true.

Maybe there is another reason why this have turned ugly for buyers....

Lets hope people with better contacts with the company find out what have happen. Dimastech is not a new company in the hardware business, So why start to behave like this suddenly to buyers.

Either way the communication is the worst i have encountered in my life buying pc related products and therefore no more Dimastech products for me ever again .... :(

Bulgaria I.nfraR.ed says:

Several hardware-related stores sell Dimastech stuff (caseking for example). Maybe contact them and ask about some cooperation. They should have a way to contact him. HWBOT should be able to do something too, since they had Dimastech as a sponsor for the World Tour. Not sure what would be the response, but worth trying, I think.

Denmark Rosty says:

Yesterday I linked to this thread on Dimas FB wall to get his attention, he has deleted the link today, and put a new image out of his products..

Ukraine MaJ0r says:

It's interesting, why he doesn't try to explain situation, because when you don't want to tell people what is really going on they start thinking that he is cheating with them. And this situation can destroy his reputation.

Netherlands l3p says:

I was asked to let you guys know he will soon reply. He had to reset password and stuff :)

Sweden Pulse88 says:

Good ,seems like it is some chance for this to be solved then

But Dimastech neads to improve their communication with people that do special orders like cascade. Especially when a pre pay are involved.

Better communication = This thread have never appeared = All involved would be happy

Italy DimasTech says:

thanks L3p for the introduction, i had to resume an old account to reply there...

i'm Andrea Di Marco, here to speack for DimasTech.

i'd like to make clear 3 things before talking about the current problems:

1) DimasTech Systems is a company, all the things been said over there about me as a person, not have to be related to my name/nickname, as i'm just a worker for the company, i do have responsability but my own Name have not to be related to Company Related problems or facts.

2) DimasTech have been growing a lot since 10 years ago, when i started by my own only by doing phase change systems for PC as a HOBBY, now this part of the business is probably worth around the 0,5 to 1%, i sincerely wanted to keep this Phase Change for PC business going since we started from there, but today there's not enough request to make cost effective units and having a good marginality, this lead to long delays and long delivery time couse priority on this builds is very low, timing given to the customers could have been said better, this is an excuse, it's not good to deal like this, this should be imporved but very difficult to improve something that is not giving good return.

3) Facebook and Socials are not in my hands, i've a people handing this things, so he act to protect the page/socials integrity, it's clear that a customer saying questionable things could not stay in a front page, sincerely i'm not staying all day looking at FB posts, i do have some much more important things to do during the day...

to sum up everything:

Customers: i know things have not been going as forecasted, if you want the unit to be delivered the same, we can propose a price reduction to excuse the delay, i will book time for me and my co-worker on this builds to be started by end of week, if you don't want to go on, get in contact with our direct mailing, the same used in the mailing for orders /specs/etc...and ask for a full refund.
at this point, we just want an happy customer, even if without unit, but at least don't come to us asking for anything.
I want to make clear, that all units purchase will be have a regular agreement to be signed from the partys, until today we had acted with trust between customer and manifacturer, without any written agreement, that means that in any way, we or the customer, have the right to do this kind of things, and it's clear that a company reputation with over than 2k sales year, can not be deal like this for 2 on 2k event.

Press/Forums Admins/etc: DimasTech is a company on the business since 2005, we had been always growing and making better products couse of the customer feedback, we had been sponsoring several press / papers / website etc...i'm not expecting HWBOT to cover all of the problems we have, but at least we expect a mail before opening thread like this, problems between Customers and Manifacturer need to be deal by them, there's no need of external opinions or personal opionion of 3rd party not related to this things...so by my opinion, i was expecting something better from this Community Admins, since we're also an early sponsor of last events...before starting any thread like this, i could have been sending a tons of email...and last of all, it's not possible to say or sentence in a pubblic place, "DONT SEND MONEY UPFRONT", do you know that your words in this place are followed as RULE by other members?

All not related people: i'd like to say that this is a pubblic forum, where world can read, so your opinion over there, even if it is a questionnable opinion need to take care of facts, and you cannot act as Jury and Lawyer at same time, so before saying something, think about it...

thanks for your attention, hope my words here will not be edited...

Exactly, i got QUOTEd 1600-2000 for one built locally and dropped off. And the guy is so busy with his actual job itd be a hell of a wait. So 1500 for a top tier delivered isnt bad imo. Us might not be as busy since they arent handling all the intl. Deals that the main would be.

Denmark Rosty says:

After I read Andrea/Dimastech answers here and his proposal that we, costumers, can get full refund or he will get a co worker to help made the cascade, I asked for full refund, he'a answer was he had spent 1000eur already on the build, then his proposal was to finish cascade latest July 9, and he sent a picture of an empty cabinet and wrote he was already in progress, and if I went to public again he would contact his lawyer. The last part i take my chance on hehe July 11 I send mail , and he answer it's been too hot, 36-37 degrees in his shop, but he will complete cascade next day and test it, and contact to me, July 13th I send mail to get picture of cascade, no answer, and on July 16th, I ask for the money back, since it is summer and can be hot the next 3 months, and I do not want to wait more, still no answer from him. i order the cascade 21 october and pay him 2000eur, promised 45-50 work day to do the order, that was in february, and after this thread i thought Dimastech was interest to deal with this problem and finish my order or refund, but its 9 month now, and still waiting...

Actually what we need to do is have a company that rips off others designs, like Phoyba, to rip it off and make it in China.

Rosty, hope that Carmine "The Roman" Falcone has either returned your money, or finished the cascade. 9 month when sub 2 month were promised, is unacceptable - and I strongly doubt that is legal in Italy.... wow, I'm really sorry for you. $2000 euros is a ton of money and that's really not fair to keep someone waiting like that. If you come on here and offer a solution of refunds and then dont refund someone is not cool. The company should be big enough going by there last reply that they could eat any money already spent to take care of a customer and to fulfill there responsibility.

I really hope you get your money back, if not we should all boycott until you do get it back.

United States filmbot says:

Always wanted one of his/their bench tables since I first saw them probably back in ~'09(?) but shipping always stopped me til I saw their new US facing store a couple years ago. United States xxbassplayerxx says:

At that point you just have to trust PPC's. I have an Easy V2.5 and I love it.

United States Random says:

PPC is legit but I think boycotting dimastech seems like a proper option. Rosty wasn't the only person ripped off afterall, and in a community like this we should have each others' backs when the time comes. I mean so much is reliant on these "custom shops", and these people just go and take 2000euros... that's beyond acceptable. They do well enough to eat 2000euros if they have to. they obviously don't have his build progressed to the point they would even be taking much of a loss... They still have cascades available to oprder on their website, though. I mean whats to say that someone else won't try and buy a cascade off them and get ripped off for another 2000euro. If dimastech had any sense of obligation to the customers they would atleast remove the product from their website, to prevent more orders of something they obviously can't fulfill...

United States Splave says:

Horrible thread, sorry for your loss

I have also been a victim of this company.
September 2014 I ordered a single Phase change called Evo or something.
Lucky for me I paid with PayPal.
They promised a 20 days delivery time.
Three months later, after lies, lies, lies, I opened a case with PayPal.
They sent it over with UPS.
Nope. Defective. It would not even start.

They are so stupid that they forgot to advise PayPal that they delivered, so PayPal refunded me my money.
I could easily keep both the ss and the money.
Of course not.
They sent UPS to pick it up and send it back. 180 Euros transport fees.

Now reading this thread, I can understand why I went thru such an adventure.

They were insulted when I told them Italian Mafia.

+1 Alex. Sick way of running a business ( a supposed business ). I still have in a folder in my mailbox, 86 - yes 86 - mail messages that I exchanged with Dimastech during a three month period. Hello Guys... it is nice to hear good words about me and about my 10 year work for the OC community, it's always nice to be appreaciate by people, i just think that who is related to company/my problem...have to talk, all the other people, have nothing to do with this have to simply close the "flow of mouth" since i've beeing always honest with everybody around here... as i already said, i understand problems happen couse of bad handling of things and since i dont' want to go on with this thread, and continuing hearing about bad words about me and my business, i will just refund that Danish Guy, at the end, i dont' really care about undervaluating my work, offering discount and other thing to a people that already offended and for sure doesn't really care about the background of how hard were to get there... about the "SUPER SKILLED" George kokovinis, the whole story for sure it's quite funny, we had the lates delivery, not good but you had the unit, that's ok...but that guy where not skilled enough for this kind of systems, and even not PATIENT to fix a not working connection on the PSU pwon connector, everybody knows that during a shipment something can happen, couse it's not a simply, stick and go...so please...if you want to report your experience, report all...not just what you like to say... we had the unit back at our expense, without the pallet, totally ruined and destroyed...and we were risking of not having a single EURO paid. in italy we have a common phrase that say: " if the fox cannot get to the grapes, simply say that the grapes were not good" probably it's a worldwide know common sense phrase... once again, our address stated for US and ITALY are right... we're here and we will continue doing our best to serve customers, we know, sometime we fault in handling customer satisfaction but if we're here today it's couse of GOOD PRODUCTS and customer feedback/satisfaction, so if somebody over here, thinks we don't care about our customers, it's totally wrong. as told to the other guy wanting the Cascade (ISAK), we will suspend any phase change activity related to OC since it was simply something i wanted to keep alife couse of the Passionate people that were wanting to use this systems for their OC works, this activity were mostly like an HOBBY for me, as it's not possible to survive just with very small niche...when we will have a commercial product, like the other we already developed, with manuals and all the other related things, we will think about starting again selling phase change systems for OC.

United Kingdom ObscureParadox says:

Again I can only judge on what those in this thread has said but stepping out of the phase change business seems smart here. If you can not deliver the products that you promised on time or at least within a decent time frame of order then you have no business to begin with. Number one rule of business in my industry is that you have to keep the customers happy no matter what, if you do that then you have won half the battle already and are more likely to have them return and talk positively about you. Here you haven't managed that and I would think it wise to reduce the damage done here by stopping all future orders as you have already done and just bite the bullet and refund those that have yet to see their products.

Can somewhat confirm this as it aligns with my the process I went through on the order that I placed via Performance PCs. PPCs was drop shipping my bench table which unfortunately aligned up a few days prior to Dimastech closing for 10days for repairs, service or something. After speaking with both PPCs and Dimastech support, I was provided a tracking number and indeed was dispatched from Italy.

To clarify, I am NOT bad mouthing either of the retailers here, just an update for potentially others as I just wen through the process. And both sides of support were quick and very helpful.

PPCs support also informed other customers were having same issues and one can now assume it is due to the States facing store transitioning.

I'm just glad I was able to finally get me a bench table after years of not being able to due to shipping costs

So I tried to take advantage of their November "free shipping" promotion. I ordered 2 bench tables, paid via PayPal on November 8th and still don't have a package or even a tracking number. Emails are going unanswered so I filed a claim with PayPal. Nov. 8th placed the order, had inventory issues with what I ordered, got that "sorted" on 11/10 Nov. 17th I received a "should be shipping today" email Nov. 17th receive a shipping tracking number for a package that was delivered earlier in August to someone else, and has since quit working. Nov. 19th I emailed them saying the tracking number/link was not working, no response. Nov. 23rd I emailed them again saying the tracking number/link was not working, no response. Did you get a working tracking number? It's starting to look like the November promo was just a cash grab with no intention of shipping any products.

Why would they be scamming people with a Verified PP address / account that was verified like 3 years ago? If we get refunds through PP, they don't even get to keep the money as PP will just remove it from their acc / bank account. This is all a shame. I was lucky enough to receive mine but that was ordered via PPCS and it's great build quality. Not sure if it is something to note but I actually received some prompt response from their customer service team when I sent an email via their template regarding some watercooling configurations. And I was actually going to order a couple accessories for my table due to their suggestions but via PPCS. Anyone have any idea if retailers of their products keep accessory inventory? Or is everything from Dimastech dropped shipped no matter retailer?

United States xxbassplayerxx says:

No one in the US stocks their bench tables besides PPCs and they're all out of stock. They had their own storage facility in Florida and would just drop ship for retailers. They've closed down this operation though :(

Your guess is correct. On the other hand, HWBOT does not want ( and maybe correctly ) to get involved in transactions between members and companies. BUT, if there is a will, there is always a way to avoid legal reports. For example : " The Administration of this site has been informed by its members that a specific vendor is not complying with his financial obligations to its customers. Please visit the forums for more info " But it is up to HWBOT to alert the members.

Did you order direct or via PPCS (or other vendor)?

It took a little time for mine but just a couple emails via their website and I got it without issue. I ordered mine riiiiight before all this was coming out. I would like to think they really are trying but think the upfront capital needed for some of these phase units is too much to handle for them right now. The benchtables and other accessories shouldn't be as much of a burden.

Hello, we're handling your order but we're having problem with the white V3, will you be able to change color for a choice of blue/yellow or red V3, or directly get an EasyXL for the same price but white color as you asked.

waiting for your feedback soon

I opted for the XL but I really did just want the v3.0, despite the "upgrade" aspects of the XL. It's 50mm deeper than the v3.0 (just under 2"), so not much larger. Width and height are the same.

Unfortunately I love the white color on the bench, otherwise I would have gone for one of the other colors on the 3.0.

Think its not helping other Hwbot members to make this thread a trade thread for dimastech when the reason for this thread was severe problems between Users, hwbotstaff to the (Theif) company Dimastech.

Think i may post some emails between me and the company, then some of you wont spend a dime to this company ever.

Think its time we start helping fellow Hwbot members to understand this company is not to be trusted in any way....

God knows have many people that have been tricked of this company it is `many` more than me Rosty or George... Thats for sure.

I am not trying to point out some of you but it is sad that some of you may be tricked or take the chance to be tricked even now after the whole circus around Dimastech in year 2015.

United States xxbassplayerxx says:

Not making it a trade thread at all... nothing I have said about Dimas has been good besides the fact that I hate that there isn't anyone else in the market. Hell, look at the thread I made over at OCN begging CaseLabs to start making tech benches because Dimas is so terrible to work with. Even though I purchased a bench from Dimas, my updates in this thread have said nothing but they are making me jump through hoops to get a bench that isn't even what I wanted in the first place. They're running their business poorly and this thread clearly shows that. Like I mentioned earlier, I really hope you can get your money from them. Hopefully some of the money I gave them will end up going to you. By this point though, and if you haven't already, involving a lawyer might be the best step.

Please excuse the tough words.

For 1000 Euros it is not worth hiring any lawyer. It will cost you more.

Simple practice. When any given company, proves repeatedly that the level
of servicing its customers is a lot inferior to the minimum acceptable, then it
is a HUGE mistake to continue giving even 1$ to this company.

Alternative or no alternative, the sooner any sick company stops its poor operations, the less the potential NEW victims will be.

We are not discussing a product or products.
We are talking about stolen money.

Either we operate as a community with common interests ( and I do not mean only financial interests ), or as plain individuals.

TBH, I prefer our community to be joined and operate as a strong fist,
reacting positively or negatively according to the outside inputs it receives.

Then and only then, we will be able to really raise our voice to any direction and demand the obvious-

Agree

To go lawsuit is always a lose situation for the one that is tricked. Either you lose and then it is 2-20k euro lost in best case, or you win you get 1k euro but have to spend alot of time worth way more then 1k euro in the first place for most people.

Dimastech knows this, thats what make me so fucking mad. THEY DONT CARE A SHIT AND STILL THEY TRICK GOD PEOPLE!

So what George say is somthing HWbot nead to take in consideration to get stronger against companies that trick people in the community.

One law in this world is that one person is weak many is way more stronger lets go for the better choise for this community!

The court in Us and europe is not the same. Here in Europe it is either expensive or were expensive. The one with biggest money wins sadly in most cases.

United States xxbassplayerxx says:

That seems to be true in most large cases here in the US but we also have small claims court where you file for ~$100, represent yourself most often, and usually win if you are truly "correct" which, in this case, Dimas is not. Shame the EU doesn't have something like that...

I literally found out about how shady Dimastech was after xxxBass posted on OCN with a link to here. I have been eyeing a Dimas bench for so long and had no clue. How long do I hold out until I say f it, I want a refund or PayPal dispute? I ordered on 2/28 I think.

In Australia you just go to the ACCC and they deal with it because in Australia consumers actually have rights so it's no civil matter

Looks nice for travelling, but a few concerns/questions do come up...

- How well is the power supply going to breathe with what looks like a rather small gap under it?
- This only seems to fit ATX sized motherboards. Where is the mATX and mITX support?
- Will there be other colours available?
- What material is used for the construction other than "metal"?
- 3D guys will want to know if it's possible to fit two 1200+ watt power supplies in there
- Why is there only support for two drives?
- Will there be (for lack of better words) an add-on to support watercooling?

For a setup where you're travelling light (say, perhaps, taking gear with you on the plane) I can definitely see a lot of promise in this build, but... Not everyone packs light, and a wide variety of people want to be able to set up their gear on a good looking station that's permanently set up in their space, and sometimes spousal acceptance factor comes heavily into play due to it being in the living room or such. Also, a few of the questions are because of the fact that this looks aimed primarily at subzero benchers, but we still have a LARGE group of benchers that use various ambient cooling methods.

United States xxbassplayerxx says:

Wulfe, where did you get your information? Looking at the photos, it looks like the table doesn't "support anything". It is literally a motherboard tray that "folds" up to be the size of a small plate. Looking at the images, it seems to be aluminum, but not sure. mITX and mATX use the same mounting holes as ATX, just fewer of them. This looks like it's meant to replace a Dimastech Hard bench. This isn't really geared towards replacing a 24/7 rig/bench (although I'm sure some people will do that.

Apparently the go-stock powder coat isn't perfect but I cant tell yet. I don't know if I'm happy yet to be honest lol. Check out pics here if you like.

Well, they have to either send me my other $12 flex fan (which I prefer) or refund me. So if they are sending me another boix, they might as well include some freakin normal colored hardware lol. I like hot pink but not in this sitch ;)

Yeah. Knowing me, I'd pick up one as it travels light and just seems to make sense. It isn't like I bother to use more than one power supply right now anyways, given my focus on 2D :P

Looks like I might have "no choice" but to go with that idea I've been discussing with you for the 24/7 setup in my living room, although when I'm done with it it won't be white anymore (because black and orange are just so much sexier to me :P )

Update on my table. Tracking is working now. Even though they confirmed that it was definitely-no-we're-not-lying-but-we-really-are picked up on 3/25, it was picked up yesterday (3/30). Fortunately, it's an express shipment and TNT is predicting delivery tomorrow (4/1).

If they would just ship their stuff when the order is placed they would save quite a bit of money on shipping on the end user would get the table at the same time.

I wonder what happened to them; they used to be such a good company. How do they benefit from waiting two weeks to ship something? Is their stock wrong on the site? Are they making items to order? Why not be honest and upfront with the customer... it's not like anyone would be upset about waiting a few weeks for a custom bench table. It's just weird that the motive is so convoluted.

Andrea was clearly serious when he said he was working to fix things. Since various components on my bench arrived damaged, they have ignored my emails for over two weeks asking for a resolution.

I want to clarify that I am not looking for your sympathy or anything along those lines. Just sharing my experience and letting everyone know that it's still the typical process to get the runaround from Dimastech.
Good morning, the bench arrived on Friday and there are a few issues.

1. Some of the hardware holding the bottom tray sheared off. All of it is damaged.
2. The bottom tray is bent.
3. The hardware holding the 5.25" bay backed out, allowing it to bounce around in shipment.
4. The PSU bracket is damaged from the 5.25" bay.
5. Various scratches on the inside and out from loose screws and 5.25" bay.

Photos below.

I was able to bend the bottom tray back. I was also able to bend the PSU mount back mostly, but the damage is still apparent.
A few things are obvious... this packaging is not rugged enough for international shipment. Also, having owned the v2.5, somewhere along the way they switched to MUCH cheaper, weaker hardware. Each individual screw must weigh half as much as the old ones. I believe they used to be brass? Now they look and feel like pot metal. Absolute junk--no wonder they backed out and sheared off.

From personal experience Mr.Horse, I can reassure you, that no one cares about the status of your health, or even if you are alive or dead. These are issues important to the family and close friends of the sick person ( like myself ). Such kind of sentimental comments have no place in a world of free trade. You pay a company and wait for the goods. Other than that, nothing. Can't run a business anymore ? Fully understandable and respected. Clear your name, settle your accounts and be a gentleman.

True, if that was the case he should have said so. But you never know, There could have been some crisis and they lack the time and ability to let us know. Or a plant were the stuff was made blew up and half of everyone inside died... Or maybe there in the middle of declaring bankruptcy or the owners are in jail. Still I think some one should spend the 2 minutes it takes to let us know what happened and hold off on new orders until they get everything figured out. I guess I'm not one to point fingers until I know what is exactly going on. Remember what happened to frozen cpu? they kept taking orders long after they had their problems and almost no one got what they payed for. I can totally understand someone having a crisis and would be very sympathetic, but then once you know that you should suspend all orders and not keep taking peoples money. Also he cant be that deathly ill and unable to produce products if he is posting new products on facebook.

It's just a bench case. Not a single stage or anything too pricy.
Not bad at all, no cheap thumb screws, nothing damaged, and it did not take for ever to get to me! Certainly beats the gutted lan li case I been using.

However not all is perfect, the paint has a small amount of orange peel, one small crack in the paint on the corner and the paint could be a little thicker on the bottom. A manual would have been nice too. Most of the screws came in the standard white tub dimastech uses, knowing what goes were would have been nice. But I got it all figured out.

So, what ever happened to this promise Andrea, I thought you were trying to fix these problems. To me and my business, reputation is worth well over 1800 euro. I rely on word of mouth (free advertising) and would image you would too, since we are both in very niche markets. Sure some gamer might buy a test-bench instead of a case, but with options like the In Win X-Frame 2.0 for all the bells and wistles or the Streacom HWBot Open Test Bench for barebones lightweight portability I can't see anyone in our community willing to take a shot at ordering from Dimastech and risk having to deal with any of the multiple issues we all know about or have first hand experience with. I have wanted a Dimastech Hard to use with my Z97 GIGA SOC Force LN2 board becase it has no holes to hold down a cpu pot and your table has a solution, but decided to just make a clamp of my own. Many people like the design of your tables but there have just been too many problems to justify any risk, whether valid or not your rep is tarnished and false promises only make it look like there is a larger underlying problem, and in a world with options disaster is on the horizon. Financially you supposedly only have 2 guys to deal with for a tiny amount of money in the overall picture, take care of them, find some investors to help with supply and quality (new hardware unacceptable-like foam metal) and find a way to show the people who have or want to buy your products that the BS is over and succed financially or just shut the doors and move on to the next chapter of your life cause what you're doing now is just a silly waste of time. You only have one life to live !

I am not sure if you are making fun or just act like the usual self, however wishing Dimas well means you actually don't give 0.02$ on this community, even more for the people that got robbed by Dimastech .

This is really outrageous and you literally bunnyed my day when i read this first thing in the morning.

A thief is what it is , there is no mercy for things like this.

A thief should be treated with no respect, take away what he stole (plus interest eventually) and serve jail-time. Go and steal something from a shop Massman, see what happens...

Massman, altough it is a terrible waste of time arguing with you,a community leader such as yourself should had created a topic of warning and also front-page announcement to avoid Dimastech since u saw the problems Rosty and Pulse88 got . Instead you claimed you did enough by creating a topic asking if people talked to Dimastech recently.

Then,to add some sugar on the burrial cake you come and express compassion for Dimas . It's been over a fucking year since he had the opportunity to refund these guys , anyone can see this is theft and stupid situation , i don't think i judge him too hard at all.

Although I had sworn ( for personal reasons ) to never participate in Forum discussions anymore, I must confess that feeling ANY kind of compassion ( if it is not some kind of sarcastic joke ), towards crooks and thieves, is unacceptable.

I am truly sorry to advise that real life teaches :-

1) You give me a punch, I send you to hospital
2) You draw a knife, I draw a gun.
3) You try to harm me or my family's life, I send you to the morgue.

Simple as that.

We're reaching out to the Italian authorities to find out if there's a way to make a claim. With a bit of 'luck', maybe those who are affected can be reimbursed this way. In the end, Dimastech is responsible for this and it would be more than just that he pays back what he owes.

The hearing is on September 20, 2016. That's when we will have the final conclusion of this.

Sad to see a company go this way, we have bought quite a few benches off them over the years (we even made there fluids for them in the past) but fully understand the way things are some times. Respect to him for creating a good working company but sad times when things go wrong. It very easy to bury your head when the poo hit the fan and extremely hard to admit there is fault early on, esp when you put a lot of your life into running a company in this cut throat business. I bet you he tried his hardest to get out of the whole mess but seemingly hes had to file for bankruptcy which is a very hard decision to make (no one in business takes bankruptcy likely). I feel very sorry for the guys whom have been hit and lost there money.

I understand how some must feel but calling him a thief isn't a good thing and i bet it wasn't intentional. We have all seen many a big and small company's fall by the way side in this extremely competitive market and i am sure there will be more to come as budgets are squeezed more and more and profit margins are getting tighter and tighter.

Saddens me to see this happening.

You are right, he isn't a thief. A more fitting description would be con artist. Thieves steal from you without your knowledge, con artists trick you into giving them your money.

Everyone would share your sentiment about the situation if dimastech would have continued filling orders correctly. Its one thing to meet your obligations and have your business become insolvent causing you to file bankruptcy. We would all understand that. Its not acceptable to lie/cheat customers to keep the doors open for a while longer then file bankruptcy anyways.

As far as the "USA Dimastech" I don't even know what that would be? I placed my order last year through the USA website, but all correspondence regarding the order came from dimastech in Italy. And ofcourse it was shipped from Italy.

And as I have mentioned before, I placed my order before I knew this thread existed. Had I seen this first, I definitely wouldn't have purchased from them.
