TeamAU is widely recognized as one of the most successful overclocking crews on earth. Having established their name many years ago, they typically break overclocking records with GIGABYTE equipment. TeamAU consists of mainly Australian top overclockers like YoungPro and Dinos22, but are regularly joined by international guests like Steponz and Hicookie. Today TeamAU managed an Aquamark3 World Record.

For the Aquamark3 World Record, TeamAU uses an Intel Core i7 6700K processor clocked at 6100 MHz cooled with liquid nitrogen. Paired with the GIGABYTE Z170X-SOC Force LN2 motherboard, that results in a 53% CPU overclock. The graphics power is provided by the pair of EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti K|ngp|n edition graphics card. For the occassion the cards remain air cooled at clocked at 1200/1750 MHz. The rest of the setup consists of 16GB G.SKILL Trident Z memory and a 1500W power supply. With a score of 659114 marks TeamAU has a lead of 5789 points over Dancop from Germany and 57705 points over Splave from the USA.
