Splave is considered quite the legend in the overclocking community and considered a Hero by some. He competed in the major live overclocking tournaments like MSI MOA and HyperX OC Takeover - in fact, he qualified for the final of the HyperX OC Takeover Season 3 to be hosted next week. Among the many records, he featured on stage at the last Intel Developer Forum to introduce an international crowd of journalists to the wondreous world of extreme overclocking. Today Splave managed a Global First Place in the Cinebench R15 4xCPU class.

For the Cinebench R15 4xCPU Global First Place, Splave uses an Intel Core i7 6700K processor clocked at 6409 MHz cooled with liquid nitrogen. Paired with the ASRock Z170 OC Formula motherboard, that results in a 60% CPU overclock. The rest of the setup consists of 8GB HyperX Fury Black memory and a 1300W power supply. With a score of 1444cb Splave has a lead of 6 points over SHIMIZU from Japan who has a result of 1438cb and 13 points over The Overclocking Knights's 1431cb.
