Splave (USA) Scores WPrime 32M 4xCPU Global First Place with Core i7 6700K at 6461 MHz

Splave is considered a legend in the overclocking community by many. He competed in the major live overclocking tournaments like MSI MOA and HyperX OC Takeover - in fact, he qualified for the final of the HyperX OC Takeover Season 3 to be hosted next month. Among the many records, he featured on stage at the last Intel Developer Forum to introduce an international crowd of journalists to the wondreous world of extreme overclocking. Today Splave managed a Global First Place in the WPrime 32M class.

For the Wprime 32M GFP, Splave uses an Intel Core i7 6700K at 6461 MHz, cooled by liquid nitrogen, and paired with the Z170 OC Formula motherboard. With a result of 3.078 seconds, Splave has a 31 millisecond lead over Fredyama from Japan, Strat from France and 8 Pack from United Kingdom in the global ranking. The system also includes a set of HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR4 memory.
