Get Ready for GALAX Overclocking Carnival 2015! Qualify for a Spot in the Finals in Wuhan, China.

The GALAX Overclocking Carnical ("GOC") is one of the largest live overclocking competitions and with its inception in 2008, it has a long-standing reputation of assembling some of the world's best overclockers. GALAX announced the new event on their website and the qualification tournament will be open soon.

As every year, the qualification tournament is hosted by Futuremark and requires overclockers to submit their best 3DMark Fire Strike and 3DMark 11 benchmark score to 3DMark.com. The twenty highest scores in each category earns points and the top-twelve overall contestants win a place in the GOC 2015 Grand Final event later this year. The hardware restrictions for the competition are: retail CPU and VGA only, use a GALAX GeForce GTX 980 Ti HOF LN2 V1 or V2, Z97 or Z170 platform, and a maximum CPU frequency of 5800 MHz give or take 15 MHz.
