Rookie Rumble #15 just concluded a few days ago and saw one of the best turn outs we have seen since the competition’s inception with over 350 Rookie participants making well over 900 submissions. After 3 weeks of solid benching Rookie Rumble #15 was by won by Finnish overclocker ‘The Baron’ who finished at a canter with two solid wins in stages 1 and 2.

The Rookie Rumble is an OC-Esports contest that opens the door to entry to overclockers who are just starting to make their way in the OC world. Run periodically throughout the year, it consists of three stages; XTU, HWBOT Prime and MaxxMem Read Bandwidth.

Running from February 14th to March 7th, the 15th installment of the Rookie Rumble was open only to HWBOT members who registered on or after July 25th 2014. As ever, the idea is to blood the next generation and provide a logical path to the upper echelons of the OC-Esports hierarchy.
