Out of retirement I guess?

is this a proper "coming out of retirement", didn't sound like chew* lol. One does not simply just go with the flow :D

Figured I would clear this up.

Sammi was supposed to do this event.

He had to cancel for reasons of which I am not at liberty to disclose.

As with all events the show must go on. Given a days heads up I packed and shot out to AMD.

I ditched the supporting board offered for a board I was familiar with and updated to a "compatible" bios. With limited time and no prepped boards I chose to focus on prep to hold true to my failure is not an option live motto.

With very little sleep very little prep and very little testing I flew by the seat of my pants.

I wasn't happy with the results, I killed the system or cpu at the very end due to to much idling (condensation)

Far from coming back with a bang or out of retirement. While it was quite stressfull to pull off what I did given the circumstances I find myself far more relaxed and laid back.

I actually enjoyed the interview most of all during my short time at AMD because I was able to speak freely about the grassroots part of the hobby and the reason I traveled down that path in the first place.

Unlike any other videos or interviews this one could be described best as improv because it uncut and live.

Greece TASOS says:

Nice interview !!!

I also liked the overclocking background
:)

United States chew* says:

Not only is the overclocking community and this hobby impacted by sponsors.

Here is a good read.

Just like my interview has proven to a certain extent..........Its people and there personalities and stories that are captivating. Not the actual sport or sponsors ;)

You can see that just by some of the responses about the video in AMD's link.
