In the storm that is Computex several overclocking records were broken. We already covered the news of SF3D's Fire Strike Extreme work and today we report on Chi-Kui Lam's results. At the ASRock booth he attacked the Haswell overall CPU frequency record and improved it to 7181.2 MHz. One notch more impressive is without any doubt the XTU score. Lam scored 1601 points with a Core i7 4770K clocked to almost 6.3GHz. Yup, that's 8 threads at 6300 MHz ... impressive!
