During the month of October, HyperX hosted the qualifier phase of the HyperX OC Takeover competition at HWBOT. For four weeks, overclockers from around the globe submitted their best results to the competition. The competition was fierce, and in the end five overclockers got a well-deserved ticket to the grand finale. The line-up is very interesting, with Splave and L0ud_sil3nc3 from the USA competing on home turf. To complete the international company we have Xtreme_Addict from Poland, DFORDOG from China, and Vivi from South Africa. A great line-up, that is for sure! We expect a great battle for the top prize of USD $5000.

With this news post we would also like to inform you that HWBOT will be present at CES 2014 to cover the event with a live scoreboard! Similar to the experience of this year's MOA grand finale, you will be able to follow the competition pace live from the competition page and on the front page.
