After the return of the lost son 12 and getting Latvian/Dutch overclocker Tapakah on board, Team Russia managed to secure the number one spot in the HWBOT Teams League. Led by Team Captain NeoForce and strong overclockers Smoke, Slamms and S_A_V, the united Russian team has now a strong lead over Team PURE. Especially Tapakah joining the team did wonders; his total team contribution is over 18,000 points! He left Team OCX which previously also lost Turrican as top contributor. The team dropped in the Teams League to the 19th place.

With 12 and Tapakah joining the Russian force, the team now has a very strong lead over Team Pure and overclock.net - respectively 13k and 25k points. An insane margin! It is the third time Team Russian makes it to the first spot. Previously in May 2011 and a very short period in April 2012, they also topped the rankings.

It will be interesting to see how the other teams will respond to this evolution. Get the popcorn ready!
