HWBOT Rev4.6.9 released - Fixed Team League ranking, some bugs and minor features

This release features a couple of smaller bug fixes and feature installations. Not in the list, but also fixed is the HWBOT Team League ranking. The team points as well as the ranking should now be fully correct again.
