Why arnt cpu's taken into account since its a combined overall score ? My 3090/3950x combo is the best going on 3dmark FSU rankings yet here because its a 3950x I get a low score comparing it to others with 3090s and I get only 4 points. You really should be just submitting graphics scores since thats all that matters.

CPU's are taken into account. Thats why an overall score is used. 3950X/5950X/10980XE all will score different in the compute section of benchmark. They will also all affect the GPU score.
This ranking is not just a graphics only ranking due to needing to have the best overall setup for the score.

Theres no charts to compare cpus on 3dmark unless Im missing something and the hwpoints are only assigned based on the gpu (21st using the 3090) not 21st using 3090/3950x

Correct. This is a GPU bench so there is no need to compare CPUs, even though they most definitely affect the outcome of the score. This is abruptly apparent here and on 3DMark HOF

At least on 3dmark rankings you can compare both gpu and cpus...This isnt just a GPU bench. It has a specific cpu test and a combined test so its a combined benchmark.

For the purposes here on HWBOT and how they are scored, it is a 3D bench. Now you can use the search feature to compare given hardware used for a specific benchmark.

It's classified as a 3d Benchmark. Your cpu can either boost the score or not. Seperate rankings for the CPU being used in a 3Dmark would imply 30 or more rankings per benchmark if you want to cover actual Cpus.
Now for the low 4 points, we are developing a new point system that will bring more points for submissions not being in the top3
